18-year-old Nigerian Lady graduates university with first-class grade, celebrates unique achievements

A brilliant 18-year-old lady named Eseoghene Asagba has achieved an exceptional feat as she graduates from Babcock Univesity, Nigeria with a first-class grade.

Eseoghene Asagba bagged her bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with a first-class honors at Babcock University, Ogun in Nigeria. Her achievement is truly exceptional considering that most students graduate from Nigerian universities at the age of 20 or older.

Eseoghene shared her achievement of graduating from the university with a remarkable grade at a very young age on her LinkedIn. ”It is with immense happiness I announce to you that on the 30th of July 2023, I graduated with a First class degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at the age of 18,” she wrote.

She mentioned that it was not an easy journey for her, as she had to handle the pressures and challenges of being so young in a university environment with much older classmates..

”It was honestly not an easy journey as I had to deal with the pressure and other difficulties that came with being this young in a university environment” she said. Eseoghene added that she was able to survive the challenges and graduate school with the help of her parents of her lecturers.

”And I would not have been able to achieve this great feat without the help of Almighty God, my parents, and my wonderful lecturers,” she said.

While a student, she served as the Assistant Public Relations officer and was later voted in as the Public Relations officer of the university’s  Nutrition and Dietetics Student Association.
