Axis Insurance Managers, an insurance broker, based in Vancouver, Canada, has completed the acquisition of BMG Aviation Ltd., operating as a BMG Insurance Broker, effective January 1. June 2022.

A privately-owned insurance brokerage firm, Vancouver-headquartered BMG specializes in aviation and space risks.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition of BMG immediately makes Axis a leader in the aviation and space insurance industry. Shortly, the group will operate under the brand Axis.
