Popular musician Samini Dagaati bags degree in Project Management, fulfills lifelong dream
Popular Musician, Samini Dagaati has fulfilled his dream of having a degree as he bags a Project Management degree at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
Samini Dagaati born ‘Emmanuel Samini’ is a Ghanaian Reggae/Dancehall musician who graduated from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, Greenhill in Ghana with a Project Management degree.
Emmanuel shared his achievement on Instagram with beautiful pictures from his convocation ceremony. ”Bagged my degree in Project Management after four years on the #Greenhill #TGBTG. Thank you, @gimpa_greenhill,” he wrote.
Speaking with YEN, Emannuel attributed his success to his determined spirit of wanting to earn a degree despite having a different career interest.
”If you’re determined as a human being, you need to know how to prioritize and make time for the essential things you want to do and celebrate your achievement. So, it’s all about determination and staying focused,” he said.
Emmanuel further said he decided to chase his career first so as to inspire other people with similar aspirations, urging them, especially young folks, to focus on achieving their desired but delayed goals if they wish to.
”I have already set an example by putting my career aside to embark on this journey to get my degree because I promised myself years ago that I would do this,” Emmanuel said.

”So, it’s an example. It’s never too late, but then again, if you’re determined to do something, you either do it now or find yourself doing it when you could have been doing something else because if I had done my degree 20 years ago, I wouldn’t be trying to get it here at this time. But I would do this repeatedly; it was an amazing experience. We thank God,” he added.
