Blessed Prayers To Start Your Day In God’s Presence

Many are lonely. . Many are heartbroken. . Many are facing sickness and health is fading. . Some are dealing with difficult family members. Many have lost HOPE.. Tonight, let us put our prayers and faith together decree and declare breakthrough over our families. Financial miracles WILL take place. Jobs WILL be found. Our Bodies WILL be made whole & sickness WILL flee. Marriages and relationships WILL be restored. Family members WILL find Jesus. Heartbreaks WILL be healed. JOY WILL be restored and HOPE WILL be found. In Jesus Name. Amen!!!!!! Keep God First…….
Tomorrow’s not promised.
Tomorrow is not in our hands at any given moment, the Lord could call us home.
Are you living your life with an urgency for the things of Christ?
Because if you truly believe that tomorrow is not promised, then you will live with a purpose.
Everything you do should be done with the view of eternity.
Everything you work towards should be done with the view of eternity.
James four verse 14 says, you do not know what tomorrow will bring.
What is your life for? You are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes.
Think about that for you are a mist.
The Bible says in the grand scheme of eternity, you appear for a little time and then poof, you vanish with each passing second, each minute, every hour, we are edging closer to an appointed time when we will stand before God and give an account for what we’ve done with our lives.
So now is the time to get right and build a close relationship with Jesus Christ.
Now is the time to work and to serve the kingdom of God.
Now is the time to fully surrender to Jesus Christ. Don’t put it off a second longer.
There’s no reason to wait. There is joy in Him. There is eternal life in Him.
When you stop wrestling with God and you let Him transform your life, you’ll experience a freedom like you’ve never felt before Jesus.
He’s the one who satisfies every hunger. He quench is every thirst.
He fills the deepest longings of your soul.
So come to him today, the Lord is patient and he’s willing to forgive those who come to Him with a broken and contrite heart.
Hebrews nine verse 27 says, and just as it is appointed for man to die once and after that comes judgment with this in mind, I encourage you to live with an urgency.
Time is ticking. Sooner or later, you will stand before the Lord in an instant or he will return to take his church away.
Either way time is ticking.
And so my friends live a life that is mindful of the fact that we will all be accountable for what we did for Jesus and for what we did not do, will you be able to say that your life produced good fruit for the kingdom of God will you be able to say that in your days here on earth, you had eternity on your mind.
Far too many people waste their lives on things that won’t last money, power, relationships.
But God is not concerned with those things. He’s concerned with the state of your heart.
What matters is how you live your life in accordance to God’s word.
What matters is, did you put Jesus Christ first?
What matters is who lives on the throne of your heart?
And at the end of your life, the Lord will not ask how much money you made.
He won’t ask how many friends you made or even how many good works you did.
He will simply ask you, who did you put your trust in for eternal salvation?
Who did you serve? Who did you love with all your heart, with all your mind and soul?
And the only correct answer, the only answer is Jesus Christ, the son of God.
Now let’s take a moment to pray together, Lord Jesus.
I thank you for your love. I thank you for your saving grace, your love.
Lord Jesus Christ is all encompassing.
It’s a love that has accepted me in my sinful state and called me to repentance.
Thank you for your mercy.
God, your mercy has afforded me the opportunity to enter eternal life.
Your mercy has saved me from eternal damnation and because of your mercy, Lord, I can look forward to everlasting joy in your presence.
Titus two verses 11 through 14 reads for the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions and to live self controlled, upright and Godly lives in the present age.
Waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself, a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works, Lord Jesus, you are our blessed hope.
You are my blessed hope. Lord help us to live Godly lives in this present evil age in this age where sin is rampant, where the love of many has grown cold.
I pray that the Holy Spirit would keep the fire of Christ burning brightly in our hearts.
Holy Spirit help us not to grow cold or lukewarm.
When it comes to all things concerning Jesus Christ, help us not to be tempted or lured into the ways of this world.
Give us the grace and strength.
We need to live lives that are upright and pure, help us to live lives that demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ to all people, whether they are saved or unsaved, let our lives be living examples, living testimonies of God’s amazing grace and eternal mercies father in and among all of the distractions in this world.
I pray that my focus would only be on you. King Jesus for you are my blessed hope.
Let my heart always be filled with the hopeful expectation of your return.
Lord Jesus, your word says in mark 13 verses 32 33.
But about the day or hour, no one knows not even the angels in heaven, nor the son, but only the father.
Be on guard. Be alert. You do not know when that time will come. Father.
I pray that I would always be on guard against the deceptions and distractions of this world.
Help me to always be alert that you could return at any time or you could call me home at any time.
Either way, father, as your word says in Philippians, one verse 21 for me to live is Christ and to die is gain King Jesus.
It’s my heart’s desire to spend eternity with you.
It’s my heart’s desire to live this life for your glory, holy spirit.
Would you continually help me to walk on the narrow path and carry my cross so that one day I can be in my savior’s presence forever and ever.
I praise your name, King Jesus.
And I thank you for listening to my prayer, be glorified and be praised in Jesus name.
I pray and I give you thanks, amen.
Emotions are and can be very powerful.
I’ve seen people so happy that their faces were covered in tears, tears of joy.
I’ve seen people so distraught and filled with sorrow that they couldn’t string together two words, I’ve seen others be so inspired and motivated that they could work day and night tirelessly to accomplish something or to achieve something.
I read a powerful quote on something Billy Graham said many years ago, he said that 75% of patients in hospitals would be made whole if they would only forgive.
Think about that. Some people hold on to certain emotions, certain negative emotions for so long and eventually those emotions manifest themselves in sickness.
Proverbs 14 verse 30 says, a heart at peace gives life to the body.
But envy rots the bones. Envy is a feeling of jealousy. It’s resentment.
And the Bible tells us that envy and internal emotion rots the bones, meaning it has a physical external result.
Hebrews chapter 12 verse 14 to 15 says, pursue peace with all people and holiness without which no one will see the Lord looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God, lest any root of bitterness springing up cause trouble.
And by this many become defiled.
Notice that this verse doesn’t even warn us to be cautious of bitterness itself.
It warns us to be cautious of the root, the root of bitterness.
Now, the root of a plant is not visible to the naked eye.
We may only be aware that a seed was planted when we see the fruit.
So when the Bible says, see to it, that no root of bitterness springs up.
It’s because this emotion of bitterness is so destructive that it needs to be uprooted.
As soon as the seed germinated, the Bible is telling us not to even wait until you see the fruit of bitterness, cut it off at the root.
And so dear listener, I’m aware that in this life, all of us will experience unpleasant emotions at one point or another.
We will experience the pain of betrayal, will experience heartache and loss.
We might even suffer maltreatment and injustice.
But my message to you is that you should learn to forgive, learn to let go.
Don’t hold on to everything negative. Pray for the Lord to heal your wounds.
Pray for the Lord to mend your broken heart, pray that you would be someone who doesn’t repay evil with evil.
But instead have the love of Christ and repay evil with good.
I encourage you to pray for God to give you the capacity to be able to forgive and move on.
Don’t live a life where you’re imprisoned by toxic emotions. No, Jesus Christ offers you peace, joy, victory.
Despite what people do to you in Jesus, you can have freedom, you can have life and have it more abundantly.
Now let us pray dear Lord. I pray that your grace would be over us.
Someone listening has been betrayed and I pray that you would heal them, Lord and let them know that you will never abandon them.
You will never turn your back on them. Someone listening has been the recipient of hurtful words.
Someone has had evil words spoken against them, spoken about them.
And Lord I ask that your healing hand would mend every heart and every ear that has been on the receiving end of hurtful or cruel words help us to forgive.
Let there be no bitterness in our hearts. Let there be no malice in our hearts.
Let there be no jealousy or hate in our hearts.
Instead, Lord Jesus, heal our wounds, heal every wound inflicted by our enemies.
Every wound inflicted by our friends or even loved ones, make us whole and fill our hearts with love.
Teach us to love, help us to live by your word, which tells us to love our neighbors.
Give us the grace Lord Jesus to live and to love.
According to First Corinthians 13 verse 4 to 8, which says love suffers long and is kind.
Love does not envy. Love does not parade itself is not puffed up, does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil does not rejoice in inequity, but rejoices in the truth bears all things believes all things hopes, all things endures, all things.
Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they will fail, whether there are tongues, they will cease, whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away.
Give us this type of love in our hearts, Jesus. So that when others do evil to us.
We can respond and repay them with love when others speak negatively about us and to us, give us great grace so that we may be able to love them regardless of what they say against us.
I pray for everyone listening, Lord Jesus, would you please heal every wound of betrayal for the person who feels rejected and unwanted?
I pray that you would heal every wound inflicted by the actions of others.
Heal every ear that has heard cruel words spoken against them to those who feel low Lord Jesus.
I pray that you would lift up their spirit to those who are sad and have a heavy heart, remove their burdens.
Lord Jesus, father uproot every root of bitterness and resentment in our hearts, uproot every memory linked to negative and toxic emotions in our hearts.
Help us to let go, give us the strength to practice forgiveness.
Give us the grace to practice real love in our lives.
Your word in Romans chapter 12 verse 9 to 12 says love must be sincere hate.
What is evil cling to what is good, be devoted to one another in love, honor one another above yourselves.
Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor. Serving the Lord.
Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Help us to do this.
Lord help us to love sincerely, help us to cling to what is good and to hate what is evil.
Help us to be devoted to each other in love. I thank you for listening to this prayer.
May the blood of Jesus Christ cover us. Amen.
The story of the prodigal son is a special story.
It’s a parable that speaks to me about forgiveness, mercy and the destructive nature of pride in one way or another.
We are all like this. So we often don’t realize the goodness of God.
We often don’t realize the love of God. And we certainly often underestimate the destructive nature of pride.
We often don’t truly appreciate just how blessed we are.
My point is that the prodigal son walked away from his father in disobedience.
But he found out just how brutal life is without his father.
The prodigal son walked away from his father because he was seeking his own self interests.
But he found out that serving your own self interests will only leave you spiritually and physically bankrupt.
The prodigal son walked away from his father because he was impatient. He thought he knew best.
But he soon found out that there was a bigger blessing waiting for him.
If only he had been patient.
Luke 15 verse 11 to 24 the Bible reads, Jesus continued.
There was a man who had two sons, the younger one said to his father, father give me my share of the estate.
So he divided his property between them.
Not long after that, the younger son got together all he had set off for a distant country and there squandered his wealth in wild living after he had spent everything.
There was a severe famine in that whole country and he began to be in need.
So he went and hired himself out to a citizen of that country who sent him to the fields to feed pigs.
He’d longed to fill his stomach with the pods that the pigs were eating, but no one gave him anything.
When he came to his senses. He said, how many of my father’s hired servants have food to spare.
And here I am starving to death.
I will set out and go back to my father and say to him, father, I have sinned against heaven and against you.
I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired servants.
So he got up and went to his father.
But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him.
He ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him.
The son said to him, father, I have sinned against heaven and against you.
I am no longer worthy to be called your son.
But his father said to his servants quick, bring the best robe and put it on him.
Put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet, bring the fat and calf and kill it.
Let’s have a feast. And celebrate for this son of mine was dead and is alive again.
He was lost and is found.
So they began to celebrate despite the prodigal son walking away when he came back, when he asked for forgiveness and turned away from his sinful ways, the father welcomed him back with open arms.
If you find yourself to be like this son, and you have walked away from Jesus Christ, I encourage you to come back to Jesus.
Now let us pray. Dear Lord.
The Bible tells me in second chronicles chapter seven verse 14.
If my people who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
Lord, if I have walked away from the commands and rules in your word, forgive me and turn my life around.
If I have been impatient, if I have been rebellious in any kind of way, father turn my life around and bring me back to be in right standing with you, I pray that the Holy Spirit would convict me to turn from my wicked ways, help me to turn away from this world and focus only on you.
Lord, I am grateful that your word tells me that you are forgiving and good abounding in love to all who call to you and I am calling upon you.
I am calling you seeking forgiveness. I am calling you seeking mercy, your word in limitations.
Three, verse 22 to 23 says the steadfast love of the Lord never ceases his mercies, never come to an end.
They are new every morning.
Great in your faithfulness, Lord Jesus, give me a heart that is willing to obey you a heart that strives to walk in obedience to your will and to your ways.
Let me never be inclined to do things my own way.
But rather to seek wisdom from you to seek counsel in your word.
I pray that I would never have a stubborn spirit that rejects instruction or correction.
Give me a teachable spirit, a humble spirit, a spirit that is patient and not self serving your word.
In Psalm 91 verse one and two says, He who dwells in the shelter of the most high will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say to the Lord, my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust, Lord, let me be found nowhere else but in your presence, let me be found to always be abiding under that shadow of the Almighty God.
Keep me safe and secure in your arms.
I thank you for always welcoming me despite my mistakes and my sins.
I thank you Lord Jesus for your unending mercy.
You are a God who not only give second chances but you forgive many, many times and I am grateful for such love.
My prayer is that I would never take this love that you offer for granted.
May I never treat it cheaply?
But instead help me to realize that there is no greater love elsewhere than the love offered to me by Jesus Christ.
I bless your holy name. Thank you for hearing this prayer. Amen.
Now, someone may be listening right now and they find themselves in the middle of a discouraging season.
I may not know who you are or what your exact situation is.
But one thing I do know is that the Bible in Hebrews chapter 10, verse 23 to 25 says, let us seize and hold tightly the confession of our hope without wavering for he who promised is reliable and trustworthy and faithful to his word.
And let us consider thoughtfully how we may encourage one another to love and to do good deeds, not forsaking our meeting together as believers for worship and instruction as is the habit of some but encouraging one another.
And all the more faithfully as you see the day of Christ’s return, approaching the Bible tells us to encourage one another.
And that’s what I would like to do today.
Whatever it is you are going through, leave it in God’s hands.
The Lord has the final say over your life and you need to hold on.
Don’t give up, don’t let go, don’t give in and don’t be discouraged.
I pray that the Holy Spirit will block you from looking to the left and to the right so that your eyes can only look up to Jesus Christ.
Romans eight verse 37 says yet in all these things, we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
You are more than a conqueror through Jesus Christ. So keep believing that God will see you through.
Keep believing that God will strengthen.
You don’t be discouraged, don’t be defeated but stand, stand on God’s word and God’s promise because he has said, I will never leave you nor forsake you.
One of the most remarkable things that Jesus said while he was here on this earth can be found in John 15 verse 15.
The Bible reads no longer do I call you servants for a servant does not know what his master is doing.
But I have called you friends for all things that I heard from my father.
I have made known to you when I read this verse, I think back to when I was a young man and I first heard the song, what a friend we have in Jesus.
It was one of those songs that lifted me up during a very discouraging season in my life.
Allow me for a moment to just recite the lyrics to this uplifting song.
What a friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and griefs to bear and what a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer.
What peace we often forfeit what needless pain we bear all because we do not carry everything to God in prayer.
Have we trials and temptations? Is there trouble anywhere? We should never be discouraged.
Take it to the Lord in prayer. Can we find a friend so faithful? Who will all our sorrow?
Share? Jesus knows our every weakness. Take it to the Lord in prayer.
Now let us pray, Lord Jesus, my hope is in you. My faith is in you.
My trust is in you. When I feel anxious, I pray that the Holy Spirit would teach me to cast my burdens on Jesus, teach me to lean on the Lord for strength, teach me not to carry the load by myself.
But remind me that in Jesus, I have a friend that sticks closer than a brother in Jesus.
I have a God who has said come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest, give me rest in your arms.
Lord, take away everything that tries to discourage me if I should fall, pick me up, Lord, if I should get knocked down, lift me up, Lord, Lord, I pray for each and every person under the sound of my voice.
Those who are discouraged, those who are tired and weary.
I pray that they may know you to be the God who restores and resurrects.
May they find you to be a God who renews and revives Father your word.
In Psalm 18 verse 1 to 6 encourages me as it reads, I love you Lord, my strength.
The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer, my God is my rock in whom I take refuge my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
I called to the Lord who is worthy of praise and I have been saved from my enemies.
The chords of death entangled me. The torments of destruction overwhelmed me.
The cords of the grave coiled around me. The snares of death confronted me in my distress.
I called to the Lord. I cried to my God for help from his temple. He heard my voice.
My cry came before him into his ears. You are God who helps me in my distress.
When I cry out, you hear my cry and you are the good shepherd who rescues me.
Lord, I am reaching out to you because you are the one who controls all things and rules over all things.
You know my beginning from my end, you know that which strengthens me and what my weakness is, Lord Jesus.
I cannot face this life without you. You are the one who helps me to overcome.
You are the one who lifts me up from a pit of despair.
I will trust in you forever.
Because your word in Jeremiah chapter 17 verse 7 to 8 says, blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord whose trust is the Lord he is like a tree planted by water that sends out its roots by the stream and does not fear when he comes for its leaves remain green and is not anxious in the year of drought for it does not cease to bear fruit.
My heart does safely trust in you King Jesus because you mean for me to lie down in green pastures and you lead me beside still waters, you restore my soul.
And for this, I give you thanks and offer praises up to you.
Thank you for hearing my prayer in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. I pray amen.
Words are powerful.
A lot of people live with scars from words that were spoken to them, words, spoken against them and words spoken about them.
The amplified translation for Proverbs 15 verse four, it says a soothing tongue, speaking words that build up and encourage is a tree of life, but a perversive tongue speaking words that overwhelm and depress, crushes the spirit, the older and wiser we grow.
We know the old adage that says sticks and stones may break my bones but names and words shall never hurt me.
Well, that’s simply not true words, hurt words can wound words are a powerful force.
And if you were there and you’ve been on the receiving end of harsh words or hurtful words, I pray that the Lord would move and heal your heart.
Now, part of the healing process when it comes to any negative words or evil things spoken about you or to you is that you should focus on God’s word.
Gosford has a lot to say about you and about who you are focus on that.
Build your identity based on what the word of God says.
People will say hurtful things, family members may say hurtful things, but you will walk around bitter, angry and scarred for life if you choose to let those words define you.
So I’m encouraging you today to choose the word of God.
Let His word define who you are.
Let your identity be found in the pages of the Bible begin to declare Psalm 139 verse 14.
I praise you for, I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful. Are your works.
My soul knows it very well. Begin to declare Romans eight verse 37.
No, in all these things, I am more than a conqueror through him who loved me.
Declare Philippians three verse 20.
But our citizenship is in heaven and from it, we await a savior, the Lord Jesus Christ and most certainly declared Deuteronomy 28 verse 13.
And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail and you shall only go up and knock down if you obey the commandments of the Lord, your God, which I command you today.
Being careful to do them. You see rather than beat yourself up about your imperfections, your weaknesses, or your shortcomings.
You should see yourself through God’s word. You should identify yourself in God’s word.
The Lord sees you and he considers you to be precious, so precious that he sent his only begotten son Jesus Christ to die for you on a cross.
He sent his only son, one who was blameless and pure to bear all of your sins, all of your iniquities, all so that you would not perish regardless of what anyone says.
The Bible says that you are loved, you are forgiven.
You see God sees you not only is who you currently are, but as the man or woman of God, you are becoming regardless of what anyone else says.
Remember that God sees you, God knows who you are and only His word can define you.
Now pray with me, father, I pray for every soul under the sound of my voice.
May you heal them from the wounds of any hurtful words that have been spoken against them, any painful words that were spoken to them and any negative words that may have been spoken about them.
He’ll every listener, King Jesus so that we may no longer walk around carrying the weight of hurtful and evil words that were spoken against us.
And you King Jesus, we see ourselves living free from the feelings of guilt and shame from the enemy.
We’re free from any condemnation because of you Lord, in you Lord, we see ourselves living free from confusion free from anger and free from bitterness.
But instead, Lord, we choose to live in peace with boldness and self control because our identity is founding you King Jesus.
Your word tells me that I am the light of the world and a city set on a hill cannot be hidden.
The word in verse Peter two verse nine says, but you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.
Your word in Psalm 1 21 verses seven through eight tells me that the Lord will keep you from all evil.
He will keep your life. The Lord will keep you going out and you’re coming in from this time forth and forever more in you.
Lord were healed, were restored, were loved and redeemed in you King Jesus.
Every evil word spoken against us has no power over us.
Every evil heck or spell is useless in Jesus name.
Father, we open our hearts and we invite you to come and heal us emotionally where our hearts have been broken.
Heal us. Lord, where our minds have been scarred, heal us, father, wherever we have been hurt or abandoned by the words of others.
Let your healing power flow your word.
In Psalm 1 47 verse three says, he heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
There is nothing you cannot do.
Lord Jesus, there’s no pit so deep that you can’t lift us out and dust us off.
There’s nothing so dark that your light can’t shine into.
It’s in you that we have redemption through your blood and the forgiveness of our trespasses according to the riches of your grace.
Father, I pray that my identity may only be found in you and in your word, make me an empty vessel that the Holy Spirit will pour into.
Make me an ambassador of Christ right here on this earth.
And Lord Jesus, I pray that there would be total and complete healing in our lives from any negative words that cause us pain.
I pray for complete emotional healing so that I can be an ambassador for your word.
Help me to live according to Ephesians three verses 17 through 19, which says, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts, through faith that you being rooted and grounded in love may have strength to comprehend with all the saints.
What is the breadth and length and height and depth and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
So father right now, I thank you for removing every painful area in my life that has been connected to the words that others have said to me.
Father. I thank you that my spirit is recovering from everything that has been said negatively to me or about me.
God, I thank you for the armor that I wear.
So that when those words are hurled, they don’t penetrate, but they bounce off.
They can’t get to my mind because of the helmet of salvation.
And so father, I thank you for that.
Now, I thank you Lord, that everything that the enemy has said about me has not stopped me.
It has not had the power to overtake me because you surround me.
And so father, I thank you. I thank you for healing me.
I thank you for loving me. I thank you for protecting me.
May you dwell in our hearts, Lord Jesus, not the opinions of others or the words of others, but may you dwell in our heart?
Lord Jesus, father, I bless your holy name. You’re worthy to be praised.
Thank you so much for hearing and answering this prayer in jesus’ name.
Amen.
